We carefully inspect all orders for quality, assortment and proper packaging prior to shipment. However, we all know things can go wrong, whether it be in the manufacturing process or a postal carrier issue or, even though we make every effort to ensure you receive exactly what you ordered, we might make the occasional mistake from time to time. There is also the possibility that you might make a mistake and order the wrong item or perhaps change your mind.
That is why we have a hassle free 30-day return policy that states:
If for any reason you are not happy with the order you receive, you are welcome to return most unused/unopened or defective items sold by Viva Nostalgia within 30-days from the receipt of your shipment for a prompt refund or replacement. Policy details are subject to change without notice.
- Since Viva Nostalgia deals with popular collectibles in possible limited quantity, some merchandise may sell out and no longer be available. If so, we might not be able to send a replacement and will give you a refund instead.
- Products must be returned in their entirety in the original new condition and packaging, in saleable condition, without missing parts. Opened merchandise cannot be returned unless defective.
- Your form of payment will be credited for the price of the items only. This credit will not include any original shipping and processing charges, unless the products are damaged when you receive them or we make a mistake with your order. Your credit will appear after Viva Nostalgia receives and processes your returned item, as long as the item meets all criteria stated in this return policy.
- Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer, unless we make a mistake with your order, whereupon we will include pre-approved return shipping charges in your refund.
- All returns must be pre-approved by Viva Nostalgia. Please do not return merchandise before contacting us first.

If you have eligible products to return, please contact us with details of the reason for the return in order to start the process. We will respond, providing any necessary information to proceed, within 24 hours.
